Pelham has a long history of training veterans, active-duty service members, National Guard personnel, and military medical providers.
We value that relationship and are proud to welcome those who have served — and those who continue to serve.
Veterans
Pelham is a VA-approved school, allowing eligible veterans to use approved VA education benefits for qualifying programs.
Our staff can help prospective students understand Pelham program options and the information they may need when working with the VA.
Military Students
Military students have trained at Pelham individually and as part of organized military programs.
We understand that military students often arrive with experience, expectations, and training backgrounds that may be different from those of traditional civilian students.
Our job is not to make that experience fit a mold.
Our job is to build on it.
Veteran Organizations
Pelham welcomes opportunities to work with organizations that support veterans transitioning into EMS, advancing their medical education, or preparing for civilian employment.
If your organization is looking for a training partner, we would be glad to talk.
Training for Military Units
Pelham can also develop training for military units and groups.
Programs may include existing Pelham courses or training designed around a unit’s particular needs, schedule, personnel, and objectives.
Training can take place at the Pelham Schoolhouse, Pelham Beechwood, or, when appropriate, at another location.
